It's disturbing to hear the biggest rising clientele for anti depressants is children, let that be children who are in Preschool. This is sad, shocking and should be a huge wake up call to everyone. It should also make us wonder, do we give up to easily to help one another or are we just looking for a fast solution? Which time and time proves it creates more problems. This is an iconic tree that has been located on the out skirts of New Paltz for years. It's survived many of the elements including server flooding that has uprooted tremendous trees in the past. But, not this one. It continues to stand strong. The element of "wood" in Feng Shui is represented by plants, flowers, and trees. It is symbolic of us being firmly rooted and grounded in life.

Someone special gave me a plaque not long ago; a plaque with a quote on it.
I wondered if they bought it for me because they felt that’s what I’d done or because they loved the quote. I keep it right in front of me and every day I see it and hope that someday it fits me. Who I was and what I wanted to accomplish.

What an exciting journey life can be! We were taught so many things growing up, to be polite, to respect others, to go to school and get good grades. Where does a New York Feng Shui Consultant go to reconnect with Nature? Since I am often in New York City, I must say I love Central Park. The energies of the Park change constantly from place to place; some parts have music blaring and lots of activity to the quieter parts of the park where people are just enjoying all the beautiful scenery.

Having passed the 200,000 point mark about 10,000 points ago, I simply did not know what to write for this post. A milestone for me---and a surprise as well.
