Home Staging with a Touch of Feng Shui We ALL know that Home Staging and Redesign help enormously to get a home sold....FAST. Others wonder sometimes if Feng Shui also helps a home sell faster-and at a better asking price. After 12 years experience, I can honestly say it does. Combing BOTH Home Staging AND Feng Shui create a space clients will fall in LOVE with. We ALL seek to create the same thing, a home that just FEELS good and looks beautiful. There IS nothing nicer then getting a call or email from anyone you are working with to thank you and let you know that what you did helped them. It's even nicer when it's from an Activerain Realtorwho had found me and contacted me about Feng Shui. I am not going to reveal who this person is, that would be entirely up to them but I did get a contact from Activerain from someone who had stumbled on one of my posts on Feng Shui and we spoke on the phone. I thought I would direct this post directly to the Home Stagers to see if you have opinions, comments or suggestions on exactly what YOU would like to see represented to Real Estate Agents during a Presentation. Yes, I know, I primarily speak of Feng Shui. But for years I have been speaking to Realtors about the advantages of Staging because they are so closely related and I feel they work hand in hand.
