The Season - from Mid November to Mid April brings lots of snowbirds from the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, and Canada. In the Year over year numbers we are seeing a dramatic drop in the supply and a dramatic increase in the number of homes selling in the Coachella valley - Palm Springs Palm Desert area of Southern California.Starting with the properties for sale: At the end of the Month of August 2011 there were 5,495 properties for sale valley wide.
