Be sure to attend the annual meeting. Make your opinions known on the management of your association. Topics of the annual meeting will include: election of new board member, review of 2009 operating budget, and review of 2008 expenses, assessment approval,outlot usage, walking paths, post and plaque markers. Volunteers are needed for various committees, including annual clean up of outlots, social events, holiday decorating. Your ideas are always welcome!
