Garden Style Condo Community
in Andover, MA
A luxury condo community in Andover
Built in 2004-5.
Those were my early days in Real Estate.
I was fortunate to have been introduced to national builders Pulte.
A couple of new constructions were going on in the area I worked.
North Andover boasted of Forest View - single family homes.
And Andover, Coachman's Ridge - a Condo Community.
This was right across from hustling bustling YMCA.
And almost at the cross of Rt 133 and 114.
Not to mention an easy walk to many grocery stores, CVS, Staples,
and Food Joints like Bertucci, Chipotle.
(Some of them were developed after the community was built.)
