home staging: To Stage or Not to Stage? - 08/15/09 04:01 PM
Well, there are plenty of homes on the market today. More inventory than buyers. So, if you're one of those homeowners that's selling you are probably asking yourself....how can I make my home stand out? You've done things that you've seen on tv like decluttering and cleaning but is it enough? Statistics show that staging your property, sells your property.
