Every town seems to have a neighborhood which has broad appeal. In Saline, Wildwood is one such neighborhood. Here occupants find wooded lots, walkout basements and proximity to many area amenities. What I thought my readers would find interesting is how this specific market has changed over time, measured over the past 12 plus years as well as what I see happening now.
