Rise in inventory, reduction in the average sold price, increase number of days, reduction in average sold price for deattached home....Has the housing market in Fairfax county of Northern Virginia market slow down? OR Blame it on the harsh winter we had till March this year. Will the spring market change things around? Already into mid April some homes are being picked up while inventory is rising. Some homes are being snatched right away while other linger. The anxiety of rising interest or lack of confidence in the housing market has created this shift.
