Oftentimes you'll hear your parents (or relatives) say "do this, do that..." when it comes to your life's biggest decisions. All they want is the best for you, and they care about you so much -- and we respect them for it. But sometimes, not all things can be based from past experiences alone. This includes buying/selling a home. For the most part, your parents would've only bought one or two houses in their lifetime.
