Triangle Home Sales leaped 35% last month! It's 82° today but it's not the heat that has the Triangle area of NC heating up! The N&O reported that the month of February was a busy one for home buyers and sellers in the region, equating to a whopping 35% increase in home sales last month over February 2011, and marking last month as the strongest February in 4 years.
