The Brier Creek area in North Raleigh is one of the hottest neighborhoods in our area. It is a super convenient location and boasts an awesome retail area full of just about any shopping or restaurant you can imagine. The main neighborhood here is Brier Creek Country Club. As the name suggest, this is a golf course community and the entry price point is in the low $500s for single family. There are quite a few multi-million dollar homes as well.
