More and more, people are going with an "entry only" brokerage and still trying the for sale by owner route instead of using their friendly, neighborhood, Green Designated REALTOR. That is fine with me, and I commend them on their choice to do the heavy lifting on their own. But, there is an issue, and it is not a minor one at all. I WANT TO SHOW YOUR HOME!
