Look carefully at the good times. What made them more productive. Make changes accordingly.
Go through the closed files and remove unnecessary papers. Also check your mailing lists to be sure the contact info is current for all previous clients.
Design a new contact mailing or emailer to send to past clients. Do not assume that the clients will remember your stellar performance or even your name for that matter. It just cannot be (3 comments)
