seagulls: Out of context....

Seagulls are common along the gulf coast. There are always lots of them around the galveston beaches. Fun to watch as they soar and dive.
There was the huge drought experienced by the area last year to consider, however sighting a large number of gulls in a lightly trafficked parking lot this afternoon was a surprise
No logical explanation. No fish, no water ( the lake is about thirty miles and the coast is about 80 miles) yet here they are. They seemed to be settling into the space. Guess this is an example of making the best of … (18 comments)
