I suppose we shouldn't be griping here on the coast of North Carolina, at least not so far as the weather is concerned anyway. Most of the state has experienced true winter weather, either in the form of snow or ice over the past few weeks. More is forecast for this coming week end. We here along the coast in Wilmington, Topsail Island and Hampstead, have not had the pleasure of even a snowflake. At least not that I have seen, anyhow!

We, along with members of our team will be touring seven homes in NSCC this afternoon, hosted by members of our Sneads Ferry office and Alpha Mortgage, our in house lender. The weather is beautiful, although really warm, so we are looking forward to getting out of the office early and having a bit of fun. Today has been one of those days when everything I started was delayed or pushed to the bottom of the pile. I had such good intentions!
