My husband always tells me that when I write (and for the most part I write all of his blog entries) I shouldn't specify the area as coastal North Carolina. Well, why not? That's where we are! To me, everything east of I 95 is the coastal plain of North Carolina. So, when I say "come, go coastal in North Carolina," that covers a pretty big area. In the case of Sea Coast Realty, all the way from Southport to Swansboro. That's properties in Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender and Onslow counties up and down the coast!

We traveled to Orlando by car for the Star Power conference, and arrived on Monday evening, which allowed us a full day on Tuesday to rest, relax and plan. All of our team members were staying in the same hotel, just moments from the site of the event. We decided to make a trip over to Epcot and spend the day (all except for Judy Carlton, who had not yet arrived). Living just 40 minutes from the historic port city of Wilmington, North Carolina, we can enjoy the peace and quiet of Topsail Island and the amenities offered to us by a city. This week end, the Azalea Festival takes place all around the city. Southern belles dressed in lovely authentic antebellum gowns, beautiful gardens, home tours, a parade and yes, we have an Azalea Festival Queen and her Court.
