How many Lenders advertise a promise of when they will close loans?? We do. Our Chairman demands it of us that we close a loan in 25 days if a client follows thru with all of thier documents in the first 48 hours. At First California Mortgage a 30 year old Mortgage Banker from California we like to close and move on to the next loan.
