I went through the MLS today to see how many Short Sales in San Antonio there were. Based on my quick search there are less than 200 homes in some status other than sold, and in the last 30 days 11 Short Sales in San Antonio sold. That is just over 6% of the 200 homes.
Let's compare the Short Sales with the HUD and VA homes. With over 14,000 homes in San Antonio that are available, about 50 are VA homes and just over 570 are HUD homes. In the last 30 days there were … (1 comments)

Affordable Real Estate in Northwest Crossing, San Antonio, TX
Everyone today is looking for Affordable Real Estate somewhere and Northwest Crossing in San Antonio, TX has just that! It isn't a "Seller's" Market or a "Buyer's" Market, it is a "Balanced" Market. So what does that mean exactly? Well when there is less than about 5 months supply of Homes for Sale in an area then it is considered a "Seller's" Market and when there is over 7 months supply of Homes for Sale then it is considered a "Buyer's" Market. Representation To Purchase Affordable Homes For Sale in San Antonio, TX

Not getting a professional's opinion is like going into court without an attorney. The reason is that using Representation to Purchase Affordable Homes for Sale in San Antonio is the real estate professional should be putting your interests above theirs. Without representation you will not get any additional benefits or savings, and you could very well be paying more than what that home is worth … (0 comments)

Impact of the Home Buyer Tax Credit in the San Antonio real estate market

Huh? Yep, the most volatile thing in our market here in San Antonio, TX isn't the price of the home, it is the INTEREST RATES. The prime interest rate has been … (0 comments)
