San Antonio Gated Communities - Is There An Added Value? Based on a quick analysis of San Antonio Gated Communities and non-gated communities in some northwest Bexar County subdivisions, it appears that the homes in gated subdivisions bring a higher price per square foot than those homes that do not have controlled access.
The San Antonio Gated Communities that were in the analysis include: Woodridge Village, Finesilver and Jade Oaks. The Non-Gated subdivisions that were included in the analysis are: Braun Oaks, Camino Bandera and Woodridge.

Credit scores and good credit history is the name of the game when purchasing an Affordable San Antonio Home. So many buyers today are getting great interest rates on the loans they are getting, yet they are not getting the best rates. San Antonio Real Estate Market The San Antonio Real Estate market data is showing that the number of days a home is on the market is still decreasing and is now at 132 days on average over the last 30 days. Based on the information I gathered today, 22 percent of the homes that come into the San Antonio Real Estate Market in the next 30 days will go under contract? This is up from the 13 percent that I saw several weeks ago. Well in the last 30 days 1405 homes have sold in and in the last 10 days (0 comments)

San Antonio Real Estate Market The San Antonio Real Estate market data is indicating that the number of days a home is on the market is decreasing. Currently the average days on market for homes that have sold in the last 30 days is 145. What would you say if I told you that over 13 percent of the homes that come into the San Antonio Real Estate Market in the next 30 days will go under contract? Well in the last 30 days 1297 homes have sold in and in the last 10 days 142 homes went under contract that (1 comments)
The other day I outlined the number of homes that were under contract and was thinking how do I let everyone know that the San Antonio Real Estate Market is doing really, really well?
