Below are sales activity for the month of September2010 compared to the same month the last two previous years. This covers resale homes for Honolulu County (Oahu). Single Family home median prices and sales volume is up from last year. Condos and townhouses are seeing a similar pattern, with the year to date median price matching last year. *Median price means half the prices were above and half below the given price. Data was taken from the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®. It is deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed.

This first quarter statewide numbers are in. The numbers of units sold are down from the Q1 2006 numbers, with the exception of Maui single family homes. Median Sales Prices have held on average. Some areas and types of inventory of gone down some while other areas have continued to show some growth. * These numbers were taken from Title Guaranty Escrow and from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
