health: Getting Back in Shape

Many of you know I have been on a strict diet for the last year. The last three or four months I have been hitting the gym in the mornings before going to work. I am starting to finally get back in shape. It took losing over 170 lbs. Last weekend I took a little time off for the first time in several months.
