November 2012 - Oahu (Honolulu County) Residential Real Estate Sales Activity Below is the sales activity for the month of Noember 2012 compared to the previous month and the same month last year. This covers resale homes for Honolulu County (Oahu). Single Family Homes median sales price and sales volume are up considerably from last year, while slowing slightly from October. Condos and townhouses are now also showing increases in prices and volume from the same month last year.
