canoes: ITS A REAL ESTATE RIVER RAFTING RIDE

If you have ever gone river rafting or seen the videos etc, you will see quiet times between the fast rushing water. This time serves as a prep time and or a reflection time depending whether you are heading toward it or have come through it. Isn't it the same in regards to our Real Estate transactions too? They come and they go and we keep paddling along WE ARE IN THE RAPIDS Sometimes all my products line up and the phone squawks and we are in the rapids and it is a rush.
