I often come across posts for the same subject here on ActiveRain. With tens of thousands of agents sharing, it is most likely that this will happen more often than not. What I do find odd is people comments stating they already done this post or read someone else and at the same time failing to appreciate the post in question

Who in their right mind answers the phone on the first ring? It can cause a rise in blood pressure or even a heart attack in those making calls. We all know that the first ring is to announce that a call is coming in. Then, the second or third ring gives a person time to answer.
