counsel: WHAT'S DAD TO DO ABOUT JOSHUA D NAGGAR?
- 09/02/16 03:41 AM
Amazing this situation I find myself in as the father of a really good attorney. Lets pretend we are not related Joshua and I for a moment. To find a good doctor, attorney, agent, neighbor or friend is in and of itself so rewarding that when you do, you want to tell everyone about it because that's how we share our joys. Finding someone remains the hardest part. Here is where I find myself THE REAL DEAL HAPPENS TO BE MY SON What father would not boast of his sons success? Who would speak negative about the subject? Why wouldn't a family relation speak highly about that when called (9 comments)
counsel: BEEN DOING THIS FOR THIRTY YEARS REBUKE
- 03/21/16 07:25 AM
This was said to me when I was conducting professional business as a rebuke. I was putting into effect my savvy of four decades in Real Estate and all the related industries including 20 years in the courts and I grant you that upon hearing some of my approaches, it would make you pause. However, it cannot ever hurt and will never come back to haunt either I USE WHAT I KNOW Today more than ever, front lines litigation is being used as the deciding factor when it should be a back seat, near non-existent dynamic. When you consider that anyone could sue anyone, (7 comments)

counsel: WHEN E & O INSURANCE GOES EEEOOOWWW
- 02/20/13 11:14 PM
In the Real Estate business where the stakes are high, it is common practice to want and have E & O insurance that protects the practitioner of an event that went south whether they were at fault or not. It also protects against known or unknown circumstances and direct or indirect causes too. There is always the chance that something was over-looked and that can be costly TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED What if your insurance failed? What if it did not protect you? You wont know this until you call upon them and your situation is reviewed. What most people don't (4 comments)
counsel: SHOULD BROKERS PROVIDE ONGOING TRAINING
- 10/10/12 01:14 AM
I sit on the professional standards hearing board and hear some very unusual tales live from the Real Estate front. In addition, my son is legal counsel to over 1200 Real Estate agents and he shares some very educational dos and don't. What stands out is two very important things. First, where the Broker is not supervising and second, where they are... DUTY REQUIRES IT...HOW ABOUT BEYOND DUTY? The motivation behind the action is a key factor. You see the law requires that a Broker oversee and account for any agents under the license. However, remove the law and Brokers should be motivated (3 comments)
counsel: HAVING A SON FOR AN ATTORNEY
- 08/13/12 08:12 AM
It is everything you think it will be but living with it is another matter. Same with having a doctor in the house too. With a son for an attorney, I used to walk softly because I had this big stick. But the trick was to walk naturally and not softly and not have to use that power. Doing what is right and fair goes on point first. Reasoning things out are a close second... MISUSING POWER I have known men who have their own personal attorneys and if not handled right, it handles them. They go around bullying people to get their (4 comments)
counsel: JOSHUA D NAGGAR ATTORNEY AT LAW GIVES HOPE
- 08/06/12 09:23 AM
Well I have lived to see something that is about time. An attorney who answers his phone and wants to hear your woe. Then, at no charge to you, he consults and if you have a case, you are off to a potential winning start. If no case, you will be left very sober on the subject matter. Either way, and at no cost or obligation, a person is better off for the free counseling call HE DOES WHAT....? What is further compelling about this is that Joshua D. Naggar bargains, trades, and negotiates services that compliment all involved. Instead of watching your (4 comments)
counsel: LAWYERS GIVE FACTS DOCTORS GIVE SYMPATHY REAL ESTATE AGENTS GIVE
- 05/09/12 12:40 AM
Everything they got. It is called fiduciary by word and lots of things when in action. The word fiduciary comes alive and causes a secure bond between the agent and the principal. This bond goes to work immediately and the risk from dealing in a sizable transaction is reduced or eliminated. Once the client and the agent merge then successful transacting is not far behind THEY KNOW TEETH...I KNOW REAL ESTATE I received a call from a dentists office the other day. The staff who is loyal to their doctor wanted to look into purchasing a property zoned commercially for the doctor to set-up in. This (3 comments)
counsel: ATTORNEYS GOOD ONES CAN REALLY HELP YOU
- 02/12/12 04:03 AM
I have come across two good USEFUL attorneys that I want people to become aware of. Both of these young men play a vital role in the well-being of many people today who are suffering in one form or another during these difficult times. We sometimes hear the negative attorney story, but here are two that say other wise BRIAN T. PEDIGO This young family man specializes in bankruptcy filing and protection. First, he is available and eager to help. Then he makes it very easy to do so. He comes out to your house (on weekends too) and sits down (6 comments)
