I am speaking of ActiveRain and how there is no reason why something this unique would fail unless it was not nurtured and tutored sufficiently. Surprising on how it survived multiple owners who all shared one common thought i.e. it was not worth keeping until the current owner came along. But even a pet if not cared for takes on a non-domestic identity neither friend or foe THE CONCEPT All professional industries have had news letters and forums for all their members over the decades even centuries. It was a quiet, I was tired and I decided to spend the rest of the evening reading before finally nodding off. I bid farewell to ActiveRain via my laptop and gave it permission to enter the sleep mode at its convenience. In other words, I gave it the rest of the night off. A few hours later, I heard noise coming from my laptop. As I opened the lid, ActiveRain page came up and a character made entirely of my points appeared. What? Who are you? My name is..... As I read all the different posts here in ACTIVERAIN-LAND, one cannot help but wonder about all the many dynamics that take place in the world of Real Estate. Doesn't matter if you are buying, selling, investing or renting, there are must knows and dos that have to take place.
