Let me start out by saying that this corona-virus is using the normal transmission highways known to us i.e. by air-travel and touch-travel. It bears repeating that the flu and the cold as been traveling on these freeways for centuries. Furthermore this virus has so much in common with flu and colds as its inception, onset, duration and death mimics colds and flu. To save someone a trip to Italy to see the pope? NO. Try again. Let's start at the beginning. I was in a meeting with strangers when the dreaded sneeze came about on some unlucky person. I say unlucky because people do not like to attract attention to themselves in certain situations. This was one of them....Right after the sneeze, several comments were made as follows.... God bless you, bless you and gesundheit. The sneezing person responds with a "thank you" and the meeting resumes. I watched this attentively and it appeared surreal. It was almost rehearsed. I learned many years ago something that benefited me all my life and that was about this subject acidolphilus or probiotics which are the good bacteria within you. Too much sugar breeds bacteria that take on the good bacteria and you need to counter it. Also, if you take any anti-biotics to offset any infection they kill off all bacteria GOOD AND BAD GERMS BATTLE ALL THE TIME Consequently you need to take acidolphilus to counter the anti-biotics.
