good neighbors: THEY LEFT YOU THE HOUSE?

I have personal knowledge of this subject matter. Two separate people that I know who became friendly with their neighbor, then started looking out for them, ended up being a caretaker and when the elderly person passed away, did what dreams are made of and hearts stand in awe of. They left them their house! DECENT PEOPLE Both individuals are decent people who live according to their hearts, what is right and truly literally loving their neighbor and not just mouthing the words. The result shouldn't stun or shock yet it does. Too often, an act of love goes unrewarded here on earth for many reasons. But those exceptions stand out … (13 comments)

I just finished watching a movie called Copland where cops all live in one little town and it becomes crime free and everyone plays a part in the town. Well, why not a place where all the Rainmakers live? Lets see, it would be a place that is clean, attractive, lawns green, with agents pictures on all the mailboxes... I remember what Bill Gates once said...He would dispose of most his wealth and not pass on the burden of it all to his children before he dies..having a billion dollars is a lot of work and who has it and what they would do with it is an interesting subject. It is no good to anyone if it is not spent... THE PLAN I will share what I would do with it...and for those of you who find fault with some of my ideas, they would be perfected once I actually had the money. I was brought up with a feeling that I belonged where ever I lived. I mean I knew everyone within 6 blocks in either direction and people knew me within 20 blocks of either direction. I was always out and about, walking, running and riding my bike. I used to hike to the local ice cream store with my wife and 3 kids all the time I KNOW YOU We were known and we knew everyone. Real Estate is in and of itself such a solid concept. Look at what it is built upon. LAND and not just any land but a piece of the United States of America. When I visited with the Amish and saw how farm after farm flourished and how the community worked together for the common good, the values of owning just beckon you SUPPLY & DEMAND You see their little communities were running so well that the quality of life was good or superior to other places causing a demand to live in the area which caused prices to go up. … (4 comments)

I was hobnobbing with my fellow agents the other day when one shared that they were having a really bad time with their next door neighbor. We don't really appreciate having a good neighbor until you get a really bad one. This neighbor is an alcoholic, intimidating, large in size, unreasonable, and doesn't like anyone. In addition, he likes to pay people back YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE....COMING YOUR WAY He tried to set up my agent friend by alleging to anyone who would pay attention that the agent molested his 3 year old daughter.
