government subsidies: VIRUS PLAYS MUSICAL CHAIRS GAME - 04/02/20 06:59 AM
I have preached what I am about to share for years and some believe it prudent and entertaining others cute and not a problem yet here it is for you NOW to assess. Remember the game musical chairs where they take lets say 10 chairs facing in alternating directions, 12 people and music? The instructions are to circle the chairs while the music plays and when music STOPS...grab a chair. If not, you are out of the game....
BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE
Now, they remove a chair and the music starts again. There will always be more people than chairs and at random … (6 comments)

government subsidies: CONGRESS...REWARDS THEIR STAFF....WITH BONUS MONEY in a recession? - 05/28/11 02:44 AM
It boggles the mind how ceremony or precedence kicks in and common sense kicks out. I would love for the title of my post to read: NO BONUSES FOR STAFF...CONGRESS ON BUDGET but no, here we are spending money we do not have and that does not have to be spent. Be happy you have a job
WE HAVE LEAKAGE
Over 20 million was forked out because of long standing traditional end of the year...money grandstanding. The headlines are dominated with fiscal problems with no solutions yet some ceremony exists where millions are given away. Don't this beat all..

government subsidies: U.S. SENDS MONEY TO OTHER COUNTRIES...why not here? - 03/29/11 12:37 PM
Why does billions of dollars go out of this country per year? What do we get in return? We are trying to purchase respect instead of earning it and to keep the enemy of our enemy as our friend. Why doesn't Congress trim this down to a budget  that we do not exceed.
MONEY GOES OUT..WHAT COMES IN?

government subsidies: INVESTOR REFUSES TO PAY COMMISSION...HOLDS UP SHORT SALE APPROVAL - 02/15/11 06:24 AM
I closed a short sale last week where I had to go through four entities to get the transaction approved. Each one presented a list of demands in a untimely fashion putting the burden squarely on me. If I was able to quality dialog with anyone of them, we could resolve any problem within minutes
PLAN TO SPEND TIME
There's your first problem. Getting a hold of anyone. If and when you do, the quality and effectiveness of the communication is below standard. I am sorry to say that the people fielding calls do not grasp, care, or appreciate what they … (0 comments)

government subsidies: WILL THE CURRENT REAL ESTATE CYCLE....R.I.P. (rest in peace)...PLEASE - 11/22/10 01:54 AM
There have been 17 previous cycles in the Real Estate arena that all tell a story. They come and go and each tell a story. The economy expands and shrinks like a set of lungs at work. The exhale is necessary to clean out the current space and...... the inhale is for newness to enter.
WILD CARDS....
Things like 911 really throw a monkey wrench in analyzing Real Estate cycles....911 was a dynamic that is so diverse with the affects of it still lingering. Cycles that are manipulated for gains or losses don't do analysts justice either..
SOMETHING THAT WAS BURIED....SURFACED
