There is no end to what people think. You can ask anyone about what they think about this or that and they will respond (some better than others) but all will have a say so of some sort. A license is a permission granted by an authority to do or perform according to set standards. If we take a licensed situation and compare it to an unlicensed one, what takes place? It is not just a deliberate error on the persons part for an array of reasons for failing to do what was told or expected but also very revealing to the person as to why they did or did not follow instructions. Instructions are the sure thing key that will open the "targeted" door guaranteed. Why wouldn't someone follow them and finish what was started? Ahh...but do you speak it fluently? Sure, if you can read, listen and even Google things, you can learn quite a bit about any subject. Take LAW for instance. There is a never ending amount of data in regards to the subject. After a visit or two, you can comment about it. Visit the medical field too and you will pick up some key points and words.
