hidden agendas: BEING READABLE - 08/21/21 05:31 AM
The title of the posting includes more than what meets the eye i.e. the word "being" followed by the word readable. To be or not to be intrigued Shakespeare and should appeal to you too. It is the most coveted state of your personal union. Your personal stock if you will
BEING YOURSELF
Don't let your mind go to the cliche but instead realize the power of the BE  (being) linked directly to your own uniqueness & identity. Its who you truly are without effort, explanation or excuse and it is for better or for worse too. I mean you are who you … (4 comments)

hidden agendas: TRUMP TAKES US BEHND GOVERNMENT CURTAIN - 06/01/17 08:35 AM
The Nation didn't want anymore politicians and voted accordingly. Interesting to note the feeling for this was national and deep. We the people were fed-up, tired, running out of hope and with our remaining strengths knew one sure thing without a doubt. You have heard of this many times too. Its best known by its definition as follows....
INSANITY
Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result presented itself to us all individually and collectively & we all spoke out. What were we saying? CHANGE! Yes of course but we screamed change for the better & not just here comes the boss same as … (8 comments)

hidden agendas: YOU NEED ME? - 11/07/15 11:35 PM
I am weary of people who need as in needy or neediness. Enjoying something or interacting with it as a compliment, enhancement or healthy gain is what we normally all do and should. Becoming obsessive, compelled or tunnel-visioned by it takes it in another direction and may not end well for the participants. Why?
UH-OH
The one needing is assigning the needor a role or place and expects them to fulfill that part to meet the needs and satisfaction of the needee. An addiction to a certain way or conduct is taking place that if not corrected or caught, becomes the basis for a … (7 comments)

hidden agendas: STALKING UNDER THE GUISE OF DOING BUSINESS - 10/07/14 11:45 PM
I had an attractive female client approach me a few years ago who had a home for sale. She wanted some preliminary value estimates done and was planning to sell at the right time which was not now. I was impressed how friendly and forthcoming she was and it only made me want to give her the best customer servicing I could....YIKES!
BUSINESS IS PENDING....(whose business)?
Unknown to me, she was in love with me. I had no idea and my innocence about the interaction made her even more sensual in her thinking as she sensed the supposed easy prey within reach. I kept running into … (11 comments)

hidden agendas: WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR BAR? - 06/17/14 12:02 AM
NO not that bar, but the high one...you know the one that measures how you believe and do business. It is your standard of practice, your principals, your stand on the virtues of life and your position when it comes to ethics. Keeping a high bar of operation and beliefs can be costly too
CAREER CRIMINALS?
We all want to do the right thing. None of us get up in the morning looking for ways to beat the systems (unless you are a career criminal) but instead we look and create opportunities of which we can seize and turn into success stories. People who operate with integrity, … (32 comments)

hidden agendas: WHAT IS YOUR SECRET - 02/22/13 11:03 PM
Should someone have secrets? Are they healthy and what do you do with them? If someone told you something and then said tell no one, why did they tell you? How about someone who is trying to SELL you a secret perhaps to cure a pain or illness, make you rich or get ahead quicker? The first time it is sold or given, it loses the veil of secrecy
SECRETS OF THE SECRET
I remember when I was a kid and someone told me a secret. First of all, I couldn't wait to hear what was said. It intensified if you … (12 comments)

hidden agendas: HIDDEN AGENDAS TURN ME OFF KEEP IT REAL OR NO DEAL - 08/23/11 05:49 AM
I like transparency. I want to see and experience reality, genuine-ness and honesty as much as I possibly can. It has its own reward too. Often, people are friendly for a reason and I don't like having a reason to be friendly. Being friendly has its own rewards. Retailers, banks, and restaurants all practice personal gestures and greetings to move their agenda forward
TAKE FOR INSTANCE
I was in Wells Fargo bank the other day. They now have a greeter that stands at the door addressing you like it was your long lost relative. After that, you are treated to smiles … (4 comments)
