honesty: THIS CHANGES YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU SEE IT - 09/01/14 06:58 AM
I saw a woman janitor cleaning. So what you say? She was cleaning with all her heart that's what! It was a job that someone could get by with and it is also a job where someone can make themselves known using humility, hard work and dependability. This woman humbled me because I had to ask myself this question. What do people say about me when they see me at work? At play? At life?
EARNS HER WAY IN MANY WAYS
I know of another woman who cleans homes. She is so in demand that she cannot accept anymore work. Many have told … (12 comments)

honesty: HOW DID THOSE BEANS GET THERE? - 09/01/14 05:35 AM
Perhaps you spilled the beans? That is what "spilling the beans" means. You inadvertently or maliciously revealed a secret. Beans were a good way of keeping a count too so if you wanted to sabotage the count, you would spill the beans on purpose to stop or confuse the count. Those that chose to help pick-up the dropped beans would either add or take away some beans assuring a change one way or the other
COME CLEAN AND SPILL THE BEANS?
That's me telling my listing clients to tell me everything wrong with the house whether it is or not. I want your … (4 comments)

honesty: I'M NO GOOD AT THIS THANK GOD - 08/31/14 07:08 AM
I tried lying and failed. I am not any good at it. I tried harder and new it was a lost cause many many years ago. I had trouble looking people in the eye, keeping my head up, you start mumbling because your normal and rational voice has been compromised and worst of all..whatever the lie brought you cannot be enjoyed. Even worse than that, the conscience now has something to pursue you about
IT'S NOT NATURAL
We were never intended to lie and none of us should be good at this or even excel at it. Look to children to see how unnatural it really … (9 comments)

honesty: THE FINISH LINE - 08/25/14 07:04 AM
We start something and then we want it to do something or go somewhere. That would complete the cycle of whatever it is we were doing. When all goes well, then that is a dynamic, belief or trust that we now can depend on and may use again in the future. It held its purpose and gave a return for time, effort, and energy and in some cases material rewards as well
THE CONSCIENCE
How we get to the result is just as important as the concept itself. The oft saying that the end justifies the means doesn't hold. Doing whatever it takes including … (0 comments)

honesty: TELLING AND RECEIVING THE TRUTH - 07/22/14 10:09 AM
We shouldn't have to take an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but. It should be your default. Once more, you should be able to receive the truth too. Now if you are a person of humility, wanting to grow and become all you can be, then it is prized to receive all the truth you can stand. If you have trouble with the process of giving and receiving truth, we have some work to do
WHAT IS TRUTH?
The truth is no respecter of persons, places or things. It was here first and all things answer to it. It is … (2 comments)

honesty: WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR BAR? - 06/17/14 12:02 AM
NO not that bar, but the high one...you know the one that measures how you believe and do business. It is your standard of practice, your principals, your stand on the virtues of life and your position when it comes to ethics. Keeping a high bar of operation and beliefs can be costly too
CAREER CRIMINALS?
We all want to do the right thing. None of us get up in the morning looking for ways to beat the systems (unless you are a career criminal) but instead we look and create opportunities of which we can seize and turn into success stories. People who operate with integrity, … (32 comments)

honesty: WHY ME AND NOT HIM OR HER? WHO CAN SAY? - 06/14/14 12:32 AM
What makes one professional stand out more than another? In a level playing field, all look, sound, and speak the same and most likely can deliver what they represent. Think of a food court in a Mall. All these tasty and fast food places to eat at reasonably priced and guaranteed to satisfy your hunger. Its just a matter of taste really
AS REPRESENTED
Lets say I am one of the vendors pedaling my delicious treats. My menu is easy to read, has some nice combos, and my specials catch the eye. You approach me and I give you service and when its all over, you … (14 comments)

honesty: UNDER THE TABLE OR ABOVE BOARD? - 06/09/14 03:47 AM
If we tried to translate into another language literally based on the actual words, it means that there is a table top and under part. No big deal. But when American slang enters into, it reveals possible shenanigans afoot. Under the table beckons like a Venus fly trap to a fly....Its the dinner bell being wrung in disguise and the fly is the dinner not the guest
THEY WORK BUT FOR WHOM?
Please be clear that lying, cheating, stealing, dealing in the shadows, operating without ethics or conscience all is allowed and the reason it keeps getting used so often is that you … (7 comments)

honesty: TALKING TURKEY AND NOT ON THANKSGIVING EITHER - 05/09/14 12:56 AM
I am working on a potential complicated Real Estate deal that involves a lot of key moves that require action plays which call for multiple action players. Its for big money and involves a degree of personal dynamics as well. I am being purposely vague but my point is...Can we all handle this?
DOING THE UPFRONT WORK
We call a meeting where the three main players are going to be involved. We don't know much about each other and how this deal will materialize. However, we have to decide rather quickly if we are all capable of maneuvering this type of Real Estate deal to … (4 comments)

honesty: COURTESY OPENS ALL DOORS STARTING WITH YOURS - 05/03/14 12:24 AM
A behavior that shows a type of politeness to others is what courtesy in motion simply is. This appreciation application that takes place in the moment that it is activated anywhere and accomplishes great things because it speaks instantly to the heart of all the players
AIM FOR THE HEART
Getting to the heart of the matter is our target. I often give courtesy without any conditions because I like to do this. I actually look for the opportunities too. The core of this dynamic supports all that is good, memorable and satisfying. Drink hearty from this cup!
THINKING AIN'T DOING

honesty: DOING WHAT COMES NATURAL SELLS - 03/18/14 12:11 AM
Effort toward anything is like a force. The one exerting the effort is influencing the subject for a reason. An outcome from a spent force is expected and the results is what we assess. Spinning your wheels or repeating something over and over and expecting change is misspent effort
WHO ARE YOU?
Being yourself is one of the most underrated activities we face not just during our life times but on a daily basis. We try to perform or advertise who or what we are and the value that comes from it. But there is much more going on besides the activity being offered. Its … (6 comments)

honesty: THE LOST TEN SECRETS OF REAL ESTATE - 03/03/14 10:45 PM
There is no end to all the Real Estate courses that are being offered that one can take that promise wealth, happiness, listings, fast track success, edge over others, new territories, credentials, tools, new applications and my personal favorite and yours....
THE SECRETS OF REAL ESTATE SUCCESS
The secrets of success, wealth, Real Estate, investing, and all the rest of it. Of course once you buy the secret, realize that thousands of other did too. So the secret is really been diluted tens of thousands of times maybe millions until it is pure 100% fantasy now. The real secret is getting you and … (8 comments)

honesty: THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH UNTIL OTHERWISE - 02/27/14 12:09 AM
What is presented should be what it is. Why would I have cause to doubt or hesitate when something is presented to me? Listening to what is said and not reacting allows a greater force to kick in that will either support or question what is taking place
THE TRUTH HOLDS ITS OWN
When I hear someone speak or something is pitched or presented to me, I do not go into the judge mode but the listening mode instead. The truth holds its own with little or no effort. It even stands firm when questioned or challenged as well.
HIGH MAINTENANCE
Its the lie,the stretch or the … (2 comments)

honesty: I'M GLAD YOU ASKED THAT QUESTION - 02/24/14 11:36 PM
The professional must be ready to answer THAT question when it comes. In other words, you as the practitioner should be able to answer about your practice when called upon. If you got a long story, then your foot will never find the door. If it is short and sweet, the door opens a little wider
READY TO MAKE IT INTERESTING?
Less is more when meeting someone or being introduced to something new. We have to give people time to have their interests pick up or get tweaked. If your part is done well, then the very next step if they are interested is … (6 comments)

honesty: MARKETING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MATCHED UP - 01/22/14 06:44 AM
I met a woman in the course of my business day who I inquired to about a rental. Her first impression was a good one and when she responded, it got better. Within seconds we had a dialog going and a pleasant exchange of worth and value took place. But wait, there is more...
REAL IS PLEASANT TO BEHOLD
What was compelling was how real her attributes were her. She was like a living type of calling card. You see I noticed that she had a nice complexion, posture and demeanor as I engaged her. Upon further observation, I noticed she had … (13 comments)

honesty: IF YOU ARE HIRED THEN IT IS SHOWTIME - 01/13/14 10:37 PM
If a principal doesn't answer their phone, want to show a place, have discussion, help with the process of buying or selling but just wants to do whatever they want, then they can. He who has the gold certainly rules. How they rule is another matter. However, if an agent is involved
YOU ARE ON
That is a game-changer make no mistake about it. Not only are we licensed which is a structure of performance, but we are under professional duty and responsibility to perform and in a certain reliable way too. It is expected and no less

honesty: THE HOUSE SHOULD MATCH THE DESCRIPTION - 01/12/14 11:20 PM
I recently have been trolling for certain Real Estate investment product to purchase for the purposes of renting out as part of a long term business strategy for a client of mine. The criteria is clean and simple. However I came across a product that said one thing and was another
HERE'S A 3 BEDROOM...LET'S GO SEE IT
I wanted a 3 bedroom product and the listing I came across said just that.  However, when you go to see the property and walk through, it is really a 2 bedroom with a loft.
The tax assessor says 3 bedroom

honesty: DISHONESTY DESTROYS CREDIBILITY - 01/02/14 03:17 AM
Dishonesty beckons to us all the days of our lives either whispering or roaring into our Psyche or presence wanting its day with us. Some fall victim to its predatory skills via their weak defenses while other become aware and sharpened when it rears its ugly subtle to obvious head
LISTEN TO THE CONSCIENCE
If one gives in to it, then they have not just become aligned with dishonesty but also have a credibility loss as well. Furthermore, you cannot serve two masters so truth has temporarily been compromised and instantly the conscience is put on notice. Your way back beckons right away

honesty: LOVE FIRST THEN DO AS YOU WILL ST AGUSTINE - 12/23/13 11:30 PM
What a potent reminder to keep with us daily and employ wherever we go. LOVE FIRST and then all things make more sense. Many do not know that it takes little or no effort to practice this and other good virtues as well. Consider the following:
THE LOVE SCALE
The moment you give up hating or resenting anyone for whatever reason, you enter from being on the negative scale onto the plus scale of love +0-10. From there, love as it suits you and or the situation. Babies, puppies and various human beings allow my scale to fluctuate freely as I love some things … (8 comments)

honesty: IF IT GETS TALKY PEOPLE WILL WALKEE - 11/19/13 12:43 AM
Too much talk to me is a red flag. Lip-ping something to get if off the ground and fly around promotes suspicion and divided attention. In every person, there is something that is referred to as SELF-EVIDENCY. Present what you have or know and people will usually get it or not. It is when you don't know or don't own the subject matter or item that TALK has to substitute for reality.
Q & A HOLDS
I love to ask questions. That is how you will know anything. That is what we find ourselves doing without being told as children. Remember? At some point, you have … (9 comments)
