I like to exchange ideas, thoughts, observations and encourage break through. I enjoy conversation that goes somewhere and accomplishes a point or an education. Good dialogue can propel us into an adventure and help us to better understand the journey. Arguing I have yet to see the value of PASSIONATE POINTS OF VIEW? People let their passions drive them instead of their understanding. I had a client of mine contact me about a special and unique piece of property. Time was of the essence and circumstances presented themselves where I had to make some moves. I contacted the listing Broker who was just being used as a blanket Broker meaning not available. It's an investor run operation using a Broker to access the MLS. WHY DIDN'T THIS SELL? For any details, you were on your own. It was strange even mystifying that the property was on the market for over a year and its choice and unique. I was telling someone the other day to "Google" it...in response to some questions that came up...It is amazing that if you can form your question correctly, you are able to access data stored and summon it within seconds via the Internet. That is incredible. I remember a trip to the library was necessary many years ago and that didn't guarantee an answer only a opportunity to get an answer...
