insensitive: WHY IGNORE? (life lesson)

I discovered this dynamic called ignoring when I was a child but I didn't understand what it was or why it was or just what was it? It exposes itself as a feeling that pulls or pushes that is not pleasant when it is at work and the natural response as a child is to make a noise, do an action or with draw plus everything in between to counter this ugly invisible force at work in the moment NOT INTENTIONAL? Still exploring this as a child, ignoring someone can be on purpose or out of ignorance. If on purpose, the pain is (28 comments)
insensitive: NEVER DO THIS TO ANYONE

One of the things that I have made my business in life to never do to another is something I once discovered for myself and saw how much it hurt me when I was a child and even up into my young adult life too. It was simply this. Allowing someone to be ignored. It is an act of omission that hurts like you cannot believe it could TREATING SOMEONE LIKE THEY ARE INVISIBLE? In childhood, it takes many forms. When they pick sides for games and your are not picked or picked last....OUCH! I still cant believe how teachers let this happen either. How (17 comments)
