lifeforms: HOW DID WE GET HERE? (spiritual awe) - 03/04/25 12:41 PM
One person says: Oh, we came out of the ocean while another says, we crawled out from under a slimy rock while another says, I am a product of the Big Bang? If all you want is a superficial answer to a deep & mysterious question, those will do. The "where did we come from" is an age-old millennium & beyond question & what most people don't know is: The answer & subject, requires & demands respect & humility with a final dynamic: revelation. It must be revealed

lifeforms: SUFFICIENT THIS DAY (no more no less) - 02/18/25 12:35 PM
We go to bed only to arise & awaken to another day without giving it a second thought expecting a tomorrow & so we should, with faith, gratitude & appreciation. Like excited little children looking forward to something pleasant, adults do the same although we tend to get serious, ambitious, lackadaisical, & lose the fun/journey aspect. For if we don't pause in between, a problem/burden can run & run with us & finally consume us!
A BREAK in BETWEEN
We all know how much we can stand of anything. Think about this. Overeating, sexing, indulging, working, arguing, defeat, gain, loss, pain/sorrow plus pleasures … (0 comments)

lifeforms: CRUMBS of WISDOM (savor these bits of life) - 10/24/24 07:17 AM
Shakespeare....I have often used his work to make many a point. He gets around too as he covers quite a bit of different subject matter. Here is an interesting and relevant subject to consider. My point for this post is one of his quotes having to do with our personal economy. When it came to borrowing money or lending it, William Shakespeare said it best.
GO WILLIAM........
Neither a borrower nor a lender be;
For loan oft loses both itself and friend,
And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry.
This above all: to thine own self be true,
And it must follow, as the night the day,
Thou … (3 comments)

lifeforms: START-FINISH-START (mystery-mastery of life) - 10/08/24 10:31 AM
Being a natural multi-tasker, I am very much aware of what I start & equally aware of finishing or concluding that start. Even if it comes to just one item to begin with, I will finish it. I need no prompting, pushing, coercing or incentives to employ the system at work in me. If incentized, even better but not necessary & here's why
CYCLE of LIFE
In the beginning, going back in some cases with certain things, the start & finish was always at work. We are all introduced to it during our brief journey here. I joined with it, while it joined … (2 comments)

lifeforms: WHY-US VI-RUS - 05/03/20 06:59 AM
Stop and consider how powerful this little virus invader is because it says so not because we say so. The balance of life on this planet is constantly in shift and check and has been doing this for billions of years. Countless life-forms have come and gone some visible others invisible having their brief way for that moment then, now, and in times to come
DINOSAURS
About 65 million years ago, Dinosaurs lived and had a run of life for about 100 million years. Who can fathom these references of time? We often look into space and view stars and planets not realizing their age and circumstances … (8 comments)

lifeforms: THE PURPOSE OF LIFE - 02/18/15 11:25 PM
Is not complex. It is to live a life of purpose. Not busyness, distraction, endless entertainments and pleasures, but one of meaning, depth and service to not only ones self but to others. The purpose driven life is not rehearsed but instead lived moment to moment without effort. How? It cooperates with life
THE FLOW
We have all heard about the famous flow as in GO WITH THE FLOW fame. It is the most accurate way of piloting oneself from moment to moment. Yes, you can have an agenda, a mission and a point or purpose as you go from point A to point B, … (0 comments)

lifeforms: TIME WELL SPENT IS SPENT WELL - 11/26/14 10:55 PM
On certain holidays, you can hear without a doubt and very clearly (paradox) the quietude in your area. Thanksgiving is one of those days where nature for miles around is heard and appreciated with no man-made noises. The freeways, roads, shopping centers and the plain coming and going is reduced considerably
AH...THE SMELLS
Also on this particular day, the smells of certain foods just fill the air and early on too. Meats being cooked with pies and stuffing make for a pleasant scent that gently makes you aware of it. It is special because you have hundreds of people and even thousands in your area … (11 comments)
