We have a Real Estate cycle that I havent seen for decades that allows for willing-buyer and willing-seller to come together lucratively and both are moving with a purpose! No investors, Wall Street or banking manipulations are at play but instead interest rates below 3%, and whole populations shifting and seeking the better, secure life whatever & wherever that is REAL ESTATE APPRECIATION Real Estate is the best value right now in making your money grow or beginning /continuing a nest-egg. I am not thrilled of the prospects of what to expect in the coming presidential year and between now and then, it is not promoting morale or confidence that supports the American way of life style. The recent looting across America involving the manipulation of Trillions of dollars that shook up the world.... STILL FEELING THE EFFECTS Is not settled yet. We still have high unemployment, low paying jobs, short term paying jobs, insurance issues, and the debt which is what we are living on but have forced our children to have to pay for in their lifetime.
