Marijuana was crime punishable by fine, felony and prison time. If and when you were caught with even a small quantity, you were in deep trouble and scarred for life. If caught with a lot of it, it was even more devastating as they pinned all the drug woes of the area on you whether it was real or not.

If you have ever taken a prescription drug, it is given with the understanding that it will help you in some way if taken as prescribed. Accompanying it is a set of instructions and warnings as well. WHY? No two people are alike and no one knows how the medicine will affect them until taken
IT'S EXPERIMENTAL
Furthermore, who determines the dose? Some people need to take more and some need less. We have to start somewhere until we really know the affects, the dose remains experimental until we get it right. Meanwhile, we are under its influences

I have been wearing eye glasses since I was a kid. It is not easy to for a kid to wear glasses for many reasons. I personally was moved when I read this. As early as 1934, the push was on for Universal health care mandated by the government in this here Unite States. Of course no one could agree and it dragged out. Kennedy was gearing up to take this on when he got shot and it fell away with him.
