I gave out a reference the other day for some tenants that pay rent to me in some property that I manage. It was agreed ahead of time that I would do this. You see I found out that the owner was planning to sell the property in 2-3 months from now and my first thought was to give as much notice to the renters as possible.

So, I look it up and see my name RICHARD means = strong, hardy, powerful and brave...My last name NAGGAR means educated person or carpenter. Oh yes.
