We have a Real Estate cycle that I havent seen for decades that allows for willing-buyer and willing-seller to come together lucratively and both are moving with a purpose! No investors, Wall Street or banking manipulations are at play but instead interest rates below 3%, and whole populations shifting and seeking the better, secure life whatever & wherever that is REAL ESTATE APPRECIATION Real Estate is the best value right now in making your money grow or beginning /continuing a nest-egg. For some, this is a planned expected move that ends exactly as imagined and for others, a sad time of reflection and change coming about on its own. I am speaking about those that realize living in a smaller space and paying less for it is practical and makes sense and those who are growing old in larger homes and need to consolidate STARTING OUT Well both started out the same i.e. purchasing a home & settling into to it and perhaps raising a family & pursuing hobbies or business interests using the home as headquarters for all.
