This bares repeating...When I order a burger (with onions) and fries with lots of ketchup and then begin to enjoy the whole experience, there are times when I think of all the young men killed in wars who never came back or even started to live...I then eat with gratitude and... when I wipe my mouth, I wipe a tear or two as well.... I make allowances for people who work all day and don't have time to change clothes or spruce -up when I meet up with them. To be put them at ease, I tell them not to dress and that I will be casual depending on the meeting. This is so they do not spend any energy on this subject, but feel relaxed. As agents and Realtors, we are all aware of the Code of Ethics and it is a nice little set of awareness principals to do business by and live a good life while doing it. I don't understand how anyone can walk into a room and not acknowledge who is there. We have all seen it too. Someone walks in, says hello to their friend, fellow worker, family or pal and ignores the person that person is with. I am working with a professional Heating and AC man right now in a rental. Property Management is very educational even like college courses. I learn so much about a lot of things especially when I work with the different trades. This guy answers every question I put to him without hesitation or double talk. What is so unusual about that? If you are selling services, then that is the correct order of the service to be given. The customer must come first, be of prime importance, protected, serviced, and seen to it that they got what was promised. When I am around the boys, sometimes a few of them launch into statements of dis-respect on the subject of women. Their comments focus on the use of them and not the value of their contribution.
