servicing: PUBLIC RELATIONS IS NO MYTH - 12/17/18 09:01 AM
Relating to the public appears to be easy on the surface. What could be easier? You have told & sold your friends, family, neighbors and select people various things over-time and for the most part everything went well and was predictable. Even if it didn't, the stakes were not high enough to cause blow-back, feed-back or get-back dynamics. Let's explore this to see how far public relations goes & why
BUSINESS
Try brushing someone off or ignoring them for any length of time (or first time) while expecting their business won't work. How do we know this? The paying (or hope to be) customer morphs into & … (6 comments)

servicing: ADVERTISING MARKETING AND SERVICING COMPONENTS - 02/27/14 11:23 PM
How one begins something determines how it will turn out and then some. Often we find that while we think something makes sense, what about our target audience? The public is a mix of different people in different places with different wants and needs. This makes marketing crucial
ADVERTISING STAGE
Have you ever purchased or ordered something that came with a set of instructions that were not clear? Lets back up and start from the beginning. Advertising went to work and you liked the product or service and bought it. GOOD. You got it home or ordered it and it wasn't a plug & play or wasn't … (5 comments)

It wont hurt but it also wont help produce the coveted results and certainly is a poor substitute for the lack of the result. Often, people use the words I am sorry or I apologize and quite a few times it is disingenuous but on the record for compliance to customer service...Again...wheres the beef?
WHAT WE DISCUSSED

Their needs came first and when met successfully, both the buyer of the service and the seller of the service prospered. Their families grew then more business services appeared. Behind all that is a living breathing person who wants something and the product or services is part of the transaction. It is not just an exchange of monies, but the customer has to walk away feeling right..good...well..happy, and satisfied
THE GOOD NEWS ABOUT THE BAD
That is what is so good about this downturn or recession. It is helping to call attention to the fact that while we need capitalism, trade between us, the exchanging of values and dollars, we also need … (0 comments)
