We have methods, procedures and established ways of doing most everything unless we go custom and we then all agree to that. In our established ways and means, when all goes well it ends well as expected. But what if there is a hiccup, a failure or worse an unexpected human nature twist that adds fuel to the fire or suffocates it? What then? There are subjects that come-up in life that can be difficult or sensitive to approach let alone discuss. Does this mean we cease to comment, put our true feelings on hold and let these subjects do as they wish? Sometimes a Real Estate transaction is so tight with very little room to maneuver in that it calls for out of the box thinking and solutions to close. My sellers are decent, honest people who are as represented. They are transparent and that fits my business model perfectly

Next time you go out to eat at a nice restaurant, ask to be seated in the section of the best food server they have. Everyone will know who those people are. Then, you are in for a treat. Watch what good service does to making your eating experience extraordinary and meaningful.
