Before I became interested in Real Estate, I noticed that agents ruled the Real Estate earth and brokers ruled them and Real Estate didn't move an inch unless these movers and shakers of the industry helped it along. I used to see agents all over town driving nice cars, dressed to the hilt carrying briefcases or handbags and walking with a purpose and posture

I received my Real Estate license in 1978 and it gave me a sense of additional professionalism. I was already in Real Estate managing property for a multi-millionaire. However, I saw where I could make loans, handle residential transactions, income property and more being licensed

The rules were different back then and less complicated in many ways. That world was no where close to the world of Real Estate today but that is to be expected. Anything of value evolves and becomes better, faster and even cheaper and so it should...Real Estate excels at this

We all know about blood tests and how you can explore several goings on in the body via the blood. The testing of the urine has long been used to see if someone is pregnant or on drugs. However there is a little known testing procedure that is not used that is more effective in discovering everything

A persons word should mean something. NO is definitely a word were someone has chosen a side. What can you say to someone who says NO? If you are selling something, NO can mean to try another approach to get the NO to weaken. This comes dangerously close to arguing which is where the nonprofessionals take it. The word NO has to be respected yet in consumer interaction it is also an implied invitation too

People just perfectly responded for 2 hours and the director just filmed it all?
