Can't wait to play around with this new feature... a more customized ActiveRain blog. I was checking out listings in our MLS System today, going over properties in the $100,000 - $350,000 price range, and was able to find a few good finds, some properties in my area that I would like to preview. The only waterfront home under $200,000 in Mathews County is one of my colleague's listing, in Horn Harbor, it is called Horn Harbor Retreat, it is a mobile home on a foundation, a three bedroom 2 bath on almost an acre on Horn Harbor off Chesapeake Bay. … (2 comments)
