Buyer walks-away from the PERFECT DEAL - THE PERFECT HOME!!! After 2 long years of working with a client form out of town, we find the perfect home at the perfect price with the perfect location in great condition with a seller that will do whatever it takes to close the deal. The buyer walks over something small. The buyer didn't like that we had to haggle to get a cosmetic repair worth $50 taken care of.
It amazes me that someone will walk away from the perfect deal for something stupid. It comes down to the media telling everyone the market … (4 comments)
