I've said this many times but there are two waves going on right now. The first wave is foreclosures and mortgage backed security woes. Positioning yourself as an investor is a really, really smart thing to do but, a lot of people are having problems with existing overhead or bad investments. The second wave going on right now, which comes from the first wave, is people.
