My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the "Two Meeting Street Inn" in Charleston, SC, if you do not know it, it is very, very nice, right on the Charleston Harbor in downtown, here are some pics

I am having a tough time managing my prospects. I get 25-40 leads a day from all the marketing I am doing and sometimes I am getting that lead from multiple places. During my span in real estate, I have always chosen to work as and with real estate investors. When I was doing mortgages, I knew I could make more "One-Time" money through homeowners as they typically are not as detail oriented but I felt for my mortgage business, I wanted to focus on those that would do multiple transactions with me, not make as much per transaction, but, get strong clients that buy more than one home a year. I have had a lot new investors or real estate agents contact me and ask me about what I do, so here it is! I have had a lot of AR members contact me and ask me about what I do, so here it is!
 
I am what the real estate investor industry calls a "Wholesaler". Wholesalers get properties under assignable contracts and sell their rights to the contract to someone else, usually another investor. The first question that should come to mind is, why would I deal with a wholesaler when I could go get a deal on my own? … (2 comments)
