Last night we had the Future Wealth club in Ft Myers and it was AWESOME! Thanks to everyone that came, 78 people is our largest turnout yet and I think EVERYONE learned a lot and really enjoyed it.
The two biggest tips I got from Marc's presentation were if you are doing lease options, you want to be prepared for litigation if it happens, here are two tips I thought were awesome.

My girlfriends brother just got married in Burnsville, North Carolina and we just got back yesterday. The first night we stayed in Charleston, SC, in a place called the "Two meeting street Inn", right by the Charleston Harbor. Anyone ever been to Charleston? That is a very charming place. I made a couple calls to real estate agents and one returned my call. Anyone know the market up there? I really liked downtown, the different architecture and I ate at Magnolia's, which, I am told is one of Oprah favorites. Highly reccomend the parmesan encrusted flounder (delicious!).
