We had just married when we started looking for our first home. The market was on fire in the Sacramento area in 1990 and people were literally sleeping in tents. It was a very tough time to purchase a home, so we ended up looking at homes that no one else wanted. Homes that needed a lot of work. We found a house that was a real project! Real estate can be a challenge, but when you get a chance to help friends purchase their first home for their new family, it is really the best reward in real estate. It is always an emotional event when a family sells their first home. My clients helped build this Stockton home in 1990 and have created so many memories with their family there.

I will be holding an open house tomorrow from 10am-1pm at 1324 Shadowglen Rd. in the Arden Manor neighborhood. This is a very cute three bedroom, one bathroom, 1081 square foot home. It is ready to move in.
There is a covered patio in the backyard to enjoy the well kept, easy to maintain yard.
The living room feels very comfortable with the fireplace as a centerpiece. The interior is painted with a warm, classic color combination of white trim and tan walls.
