We are getting our next listing ready for the market and thought it would be fun to share on of the coolest features of the property, the pond. I was on my way home earlier today when a Realtor friend of mine called. He invited me to a Realtor open house that he was holding in Rocklin. This was a problem for me because I was in Downtown Sacramento at the time, had to go to my Elk Grove home, then turn around and drive about an hour in the direction I had just traveled. I was torn.
